Pizza Souce Banane ke liye

Pizza ketchup ½ cup
Sirka(venigar )---- 1 tbsp
Lehsan ka powder------ ½ tsp
Pisi huyi siyah mirch--------- ¼ tsp
Pisi huyi sufaid mirch--- ¼ tsp
Oregano ------- ¼ tsp
Thaim chutki bhar
Kati huyi surkh mirch --------1 tsp
Cooking oil ------- 1 tbsp

Pizza Banana Key Liye
Ready made pizza base-------1 bara
Shimlah mirch (lambayi mein kati huyi)----2
Gajar (carrot lambayi mein kata hua) ----1 
Onion (lachon mein kati huyi)—2 darmiyani
Tomato chop-----------2
Green chili chop------- 2
Mashrooms (kate huye)----- ½ cup
Olive (golayi mein kate huye) ------ 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese (kaddo kash ki huyi)--- ½ cup
Mozerella cheese (kaddo kash ki huyi) ------- ½ cup
Kati huyi surkh mirch – ½ tsp
Namak --------hasbe zaiqa
Pisi huyi siyah mirch-------- ¼ tsp
Lehsan (garlic powder) --------- ½ tsp
Butter --- 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Pizza sauce banana key liye frying pan mein oil garam kar key tomato ketchup daal kar garam karein phir pizza sauce piyale mein nikal lein.

Pan mein butter garam kar key tamam sabziyan daal kar taiz aanch par aik minute pakayein, namak, surkh mirch, siyah mirch, lehsan daal kar milayein, chulhe ki aanch taiz rakhein takeh sabziyan pani nah chorein. Sabziyon ko alaihda payale mein nikal lein.

Ready made pizza base ko parathe key tawe par ulat palat kar roti ki tarah seink lein, base thora phool jaye to plastic ki bari plate mein rakh dein.

Pizza base key oper pizza sauce phailayein, phir sabziyon ki filling daal kar spoon se brabar kar lein, bil tarteeb cheddar cheese mozrila chees phaila kar pizza ko 4 minute key liye micro wave oven mein garam kar lein. sab se pehlye doo banane ke liye

Pizza ko hasbe mamool bail kar pizza tary mein rakh lein.teloon ko khusk pain mein dal kar bhoon lein.mirchein,sirka,garlic,soya souce or honey ko eik bowl mein dal kar rakh dein.1/4 cup oil garam kar kay cheicken kay piece tal kar nikal lein.issy karhai mein jiss mein cheicken fried kia tha soya souce wala ameeza dal kar pakein darmiani anch per taqreeban 15 mint k liye.jub yeh garha hoo jay tu cheicken iss mein shamil karein or khoob hilaein k cheicken per chamak a jay.
